What We Accept

Check this list before you tag. Items that don’t meet our standards are turned away at drop-off.

Accepted Items

All items must be clean, in working order, and meet our condition standards.

Girls Clothing

  • Newborn – size 18

Boys Clothing

  • Newborn – size 18

Maternity Clothing

  • All maternity styles

Shoes & Accessories

  • Girls shoes up to size 9
  • Boys shoes up to size 13
  • Shoes must be appropriate for children to wear
  • Socks, bras, underwear — new in package only

Baby Equipment

  • Strollers, high chairs
  • Swings, exersaucers
  • Baby and children's furniture

Toys

  • Boys, girls, infant, toddler toys
  • Games, puzzles, sporting goods

Media

  • Books
  • Electronics

Baby Accessories

  • Feeding and bathing items
  • Carriers, swaddling blankets

What We Don’t Accept

Save yourself the effort — these items are turned away at drop-off or pulled from the floor, no exceptions.

  • After-market car seat accessories
  • Anything Manga
  • Anything stained, with holes, tears, or out of season
  • Bath tubs that hold water
  • Beauty items (nail polish, make-up, etc.)
  • Bedding (including all crib bedding accessories)
  • Blankets
  • Breast pumps/accessories except Haakas, storage bags (new or used accepted)
  • Build-A-Bear (animals and all accessories)
  • Bumbos without straps
  • Cassettes, DVDs, VHS tapes
  • Clothing over 5 years old
  • Clothing without a manufacturer size tag
  • Diaper genies/pails (including liners)
  • Dolls without clothes
  • Easter baskets, Halloween buckets
  • Expensive electronics (gaming systems, tablets, etc.)
  • Gift items (photo albums, piggy banks, etc.)
  • Grab bags
  • Home school textbooks and workbooks
  • Homemade items
  • Juniors, men's or women's clothing (except maternity)
  • Kiwi crates (unless brand new, never opened)
  • Mattresses
  • Mature-rated video games
  • Pacifiers (unless new in package)
  • Party supplies
  • Potty chairs and seats
  • Purses
  • Room decor (frames, rugs, wall hangings, lamps, decorations, clocks, smart home devices, etc.)
  • Socks (unless brand new, never opened)
  • Stuffed animals (unless battery-operated)
  • Tights (unless brand new, in package)
  • Tops, jackets and coats with drawstrings (except maternity)
  • Towels (except infant hooded)
  • Underwear (unless brand new, never opened)
  • Weighted sleep sacks

Limits to Know Before You Tag

Plan your inventory around these caps — items over the limit won’t be accepted at drop-off.

Special Item Rules

Cribs and car seats have strict safety requirements. Read these before you tag.

Cribs

  1. Before July 23, 2010

    Illegal to sell — not accepted.

  2. July 23, 2010 – June 28, 2011

    Requires a Children's Product Certificate of compliance with 16 C.F.R. part 1219 or 1220. Contact Divine Consign before bringing.

  3. After June 28, 2011

    Accepted.

  4. Can't find the date sticker?

    Do not bring it.

Car & Booster Seats

  • Seller must be the original owner
  • Never been in an accident, not recalled
  • Not expired — check the manufacturer's website for expiration date
  • Clean, stain-free, belts snap easily
  • Must have at least one full year of use remaining before expiration
  • A certified car seat safety technician inspects all car and booster seats at drop-off and has final say

Accepted Items Vary by Season

Some clothing categories are seasonal — for example, we don’t accept heavy winter coats at a spring sale. Download the current guidelines before you tag.
